Shipping Methods and Fees
Home Delivery
We deliver throughout Hungary with a reliable courier service.
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days
- Shipping fee: Depending on the value of the cart (you will see exact fees at checkout)
- Free shipping: Above a certain order value
Personal Pickup
You have the option to pick up your order in person at our pickup point in Budapest.
- Pickup time: Available for pickup after 1-2 business days
- Fee: Free
- Notification: We will send you an email notification when your package is ready for pickup
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days. We will send a confirmation email for your order, and then a tracking number when your package ships.
- Monday-Friday: Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed the same day
- Weekends and Public Holidays: Will be processed on the next business day
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Hungary. We are planning European expansion – if you have questions about international shipping, please contact us.
Package Tracking
For all home delivery orders, we provide a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package's journey. The tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as the package ships.
Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery (delay, damaged package, missing item), please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
